> **Important:** Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using Fake Player Plugin ("FPP"). By using the Plugin, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

> **Fake Player Plugin is distributed under the Fake Player Plugin Custom License.** The source code is publicly accessible for viewing and study only. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, hosted distribution, and commercial exploitation are prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by the Developer.

# 1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

- **"Plugin"**, **"FPP"**, or **"Fake Player Plugin"** refers to the Fake Player Plugin software, including all binaries, source code, APIs, configuration files, assets, documentation, extensions API, and associated materials.
- **"Developer"**, **"Licensor"**, **"We"**, or **"Us"** refers to Bill_Hub (also known as El_Pepes), the sole owner and developer of FPP.
- **"You"** or **"Licensee"** refers to any person or legal entity that downloads, installs, configures, operates, or interacts with the Plugin.
- **"Server"** means any Minecraft server instance using the Plugin.
- **"Bot"** or **"Fake Player"** means a simulated player entity created or managed by the Plugin.
- **"Extension"** or **"Addon"** means a third-party module loaded by FPP through the Extensions API.
- **"Commercial Use"** means any use intended for commercial advantage, monetisation, resale, paid hosting, SaaS distribution, licensing, or revenue generation.
- **"Redistribution"** means sharing, mirroring, uploading, republishing, bundling, transmitting, or otherwise distributing the Plugin or any modified version to third parties.
- **"Derivative Work"** means any modification, adaptation, enhancement, or work based on the Plugin.

# 2. Eligibility

## 2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to consent to digital services.

## 2.2 Authority

If You are using the Plugin on behalf of an organisation, You represent that You have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

## 2.3 Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws relating to use of the Plugin.

# 3. Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms by:

- Downloading the Plugin
- Installing the Plugin
- Running the Plugin
- Using any API, extension system, or feature provided by FPP
- Accessing the source repository or compiled releases

If You do not agree to these Terms, You must immediately stop using the Plugin and delete all copies from Your systems.

# 4. License Grant

## 4.1 Limited License

Subject to these Terms and the Fake Player Plugin Custom License, You are granted a:

- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Non-sublicensable
- Revocable

license to:

- Run the Plugin on Minecraft servers You own or directly operate
- Configure the Plugin using documented features
- View and study the source code
- Modify the source code solely for private, non-commercial use

## 4.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

- Redistribute the Plugin in any form
- Rehost releases or source archives
- Sell or commercially exploit the Plugin
- Offer the Plugin as part of a paid hosting package
- Bundle the Plugin with commercial products or services
- Create public forks for redistribution
- Remove copyright notices
- Circumvent licensing restrictions
- Misrepresent authorship or ownership

## 4.3 Permission Requests

Written permission is required for:

- Commercial use
- Redistribution
- Hosted distribution
- Public derivative distribution
- Enterprise deployment packages

Permission requests may be submitted through the official Discord server.

## 4.4 Retroactive Application

These Terms apply to all versions of FPP, including:

- Past releases
- Current releases
- Future releases
- Historical commits
- Previous MIT-licensed versions
- Forks and mirrors derived from the codebase

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

# 5. Intellectual Property Rights

## 5.1 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Plugin remain exclusively owned by the Developer.

This includes:

- Source code
- Compiled binaries
- APIs
- Documentation
- Website assets
- Branding
- Logos
- Visual assets
- Internal systems

## 5.2 Trademarks

"Fake Player Plugin", "FPP", and related branding are protected identifiers of the Developer.

You may not:

- Imply endorsement
- Create confusingly similar branding
- Use FPP branding commercially without permission

## 5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or ideas submitted to the Developer may be used without restriction or compensation.

# 6. Permitted Use

Permitted use cases include:

# 7. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT use the Plugin to:

- Violate Minecraft platform policies
- Manipulate public server rankings fraudulently
- Circumvent paid slot restrictions
- Mislead users for financial gain
- Conduct malicious automation
- Exploit vulnerabilities
- Attack third-party infrastructure
- Impersonate real users maliciously
- Violate privacy or data protection law
- Operate illegal gambling systems
- Facilitate scams or phishing
- Distribute malware or malicious payloads

## 7.1 Security Abuse

You may not:

- Inject malicious packets through FPP
- Abuse proxy messaging systems
- Exploit internal APIs
- Use reflection or bytecode manipulation against FPP internals

# 8. Extensions and Addons

## 8.1 Extension API

FPP provides an Extension API for third-party integrations.

Extensions:

- Must comply with the Extensions Policy
- Must not modify core internals through unsupported means
- Must not redistribute FPP classes or assets
- Must not bypass licensing restrictions

## 8.2 Responsibility

Extension developers are solely responsible for:

- Security
- Compatibility
- Stability
- Data handling
- Compliance with applicable laws

The Developer is not responsible for third-party extensions.

# 9. Configuration and Data Ownership

## 9.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all Plugin Data stored on Your systems, including:

- Configuration files
- Databases
- Backups
- Custom bot data
- Skin files
- Logs

## 9.2 Local Storage

FPP primarily stores data locally on Your infrastructure.

The Developer does not receive or access Your server data unless explicitly provided by You for support purposes.

## 9.3 Backup Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups and disaster recovery procedures.

# 10. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

FPP may interact with third-party services, including:

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.

# 11. Updates, Maintenance, and Support

## 11.1 Updates

Updates are provided voluntarily and may include:

- Security patches
- Bug fixes
- Compatibility updates
- Feature additions

We do not guarantee future updates or compatibility.

## 11.2 Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through:

- Discord
- GitHub Issues
- Community channels

We may refuse support requests at our discretion.

## 11.3 Breaking Changes

Major changes may occur between releases. Backward compatibility is not guaranteed.

# 12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED:

WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We DISCLAIM all warranties including:

- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Compatibility
- Security
- Reliability
- Availability

Use of the Plugin is entirely at Your own risk.

# 13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Server crashes
- Data loss
- Lost revenue
- Hosting penalties
- Player disputes
- Corruption
- Downtime
- Security incidents
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages

## Liability Cap

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability shall not exceed:
